Needed to register:

1.  Registration Form (can be printed and filled out ahead of time)

2.  Emergency Medical Card (can be filled out online and printed)

3.  A Check to pay your fees (made out to WJC Poolcats)

4.  A Check to pay for your membership to the pool (made out to WJC Pool) - family (3 or more):  $225, family (2 people): $155, individual: $85

5.  Your swimmer - we will have suits available to try on for sizing(they seem to run small).  If you need a bigger suit than those listed on the registration form, please write the size in - they range from size 22 - 40.

FYI - HOW THE SWIM AMERICA "TEAM" WORKS:

Any swimmer wishing to be on the Poolcat swim team must be at SwimAmerica Station 5 or higher. This is not the case for dive team!  Talk to Coach Jen about dive requirements. If they are at Stations 5 & 6 they will participate in the swim team 5/6 class taught by one of the swim coaches.  They will swim with the swim team on any days there are no lessons (ie, Fridays, week of July 4th).  If they fall into this category you will pay the swim team fee only, not SwimAmerica fees.

If the swimmer is at Station 7 or above they may participate fully in the swim team practices.  Any SwimAmerica lessons they take will be over and above the swim team fee.

Swimmers will be told at the May Assessments where they place.
